BUCKHURST Hill West Conservative district councillor Gavin Chambers has concerns over the density of housing proposed for some of the sites in the Local Plan document.

LOCAL PLAN: County council: "No current plans" for Epping or Loughton libraries

ESSEX County Council is "fully committed" to Epping and Loughton libraries, which are listed as potential sites for housing in the Local Plan, and has "no current plans" for either building.
